Is this caused by my low thyroid?
Some days I feel really down, and sometimes I randomly just burst out crying... Is this caused by my low thyroid which I'm still waiting to get medication for or could it be something else that I need to go to the doctors about?
Are there safe natural herbs for low thyroid? ?

I have been diagnosed as having both by two different doctors. The symtoms that bother me most is not being able to control my sleep patterns and I have noticed atleast once every four to five weeks I go thru this stage of sleeping,my hair becomes brittle and my face gets so dry that it bleeds. Can anyone give me any advise on how to deal with this?
Blood tests shows low thyroid, what does this mean?
so I got my blood tested because when i stand up i get light headed, dizzy and I've blacked out about 4 times causeing me to fall and not quite remember falling. the dr. said every thing was good except my thyroid was low. What does this mean and could this be the cause of my dizzieness? thanks

hi i am a 22 year old male and im having some odd health issues. lately ive been fatigued, confused, having a hard time concentrating at work, and shaky hands as well as arms and legs sometimes. recently i found out i have a low thyroid and have since been put on medication for it. i thought these other symptoms would clear up but for the most part...oh and a another weird thing is i didn't gain any weight as i have heard is a common thing for people with a low thyroid. really if anything i lost some...any thoughts or suggestions?
Is fucus tea bad for people with low thyroid?
I am trying to lose a few pounds and have been told that fucus seaweed tea would help. However, I have low thyroid and am taking supplements for it. Would the tea block the medication, or make the symptoms worse?Izzy, that site provides no information whatsoever about seaweed, if you search for seaweed you get told that they have no information.I found the information on my own, that fucus is actually helpful.Thanks for trying.

Hives caused by allergies or low thyroid?? please answer!?
ok so i was born with no thyroid gland, so im hypothyroid and take medication daily.. for the past few weeks though i missed taking my medication maybe 7 or 8 days total so i know my thyroid levels are low and for the past few days ive been breaking out in hives really bad all over my body. the hives went away all yesterday and today but tonight they showed back up and i havent tried any new foods drinks or medications today. i hear that low thyroid levels can cause hives but i also hear that you can suddenly become allergic to something you have been eating or drinking all your life.. ive been taking alot of benadryl and it helps some. i am going to see a doctor if they keep coming back but im just looking for some imput now. thanks also i washed my clothes at a friends with a new kind of laundry detergent and ive been taking xanax lately but i have taken it many times before with no allergic reaction but they showed back up about 5 hours after a took one..
