My thyroid hormones normal again, still don't feel right?
I have an immune problem where my immune system attacks my thyroid so that it doesn't produce T3 T4 anymore. I'm taking thyroid hormone supplements for months now and my bloodwork shows that my hormones are normal.Except that I still wake up feeling achy. I'm still having trouble not feeling apathetic, tired, etc. Why?

What prevents halogen substitution in thyroid hormones?
A halogenated compound in vitro will generally undergo substitution when exposed to a reactive source of other halogens if those halogens are further up the group than the halogen in the initial compound. This is a similar process to the substitution of hydroxyl groups by fluoride groups in the hydroxyapatite of teeth, although of course a hydroxyl group is not a halogen. There is absorption through the buccal mucosa, and some fluorine compounds in toothpaste, and of course large amounts of water, enter the internal environment via the GIT mucosa. The iodine content of the diet is generally quite small but is absorbed efficiently. Thyroid hormones are presumably mainly bound to globulins in the plasma or in the thyroid vesicles, but something like active transport must be taking place to facilitate the transfer of iodine into the likes of thyroxin, triiodothyronine and the rest. The concentration of fluorine compounds in most toothpaste is quite high and its concentration in water is rather low but far from negligible. So my question is this why is the iodine in thyroid hormones not at least sometimes replaced by fluorine, or for that matter chlorine? Would such a substitution create a false negative in a thyroid function test?
Is it possible for some people to physically feel thyroid hormones being secreted from their thyroid gland?
I have in the past year or 2 shown signs of hypoglycemia although my doctor doesn't think I have it, he's suggested I try to eat somewhat like I am hypoglycemic staying away from super sugary foods and eating more protein which will take longer to digest and hold my body over longer . In the morning I may have a huge breakfast until I'm full full of healthy foods and within 2 3 hours later I will feel as though I am starving. It can be extremely bad when I wake up in the morning before eating, usually my hunger is accompanied with extreme head rush, some mornings I will have a hard time getting up for the day because I get an extreme feeling of head rush if I move around too much before eating digesting food. When I get these bad episodes of head rush they are almost always accompanied with a feeling in my neck that if I could describe in anyway although it may not be blood flow feels as if there had been a ton of blood resting in my neck, that just instaneously began to flow away form my neck. it's a feeling of release in my neck this occurs around the area my thyroid glands are located and although my doctor has checked them for swelling i.e. goiter and found them normal I was wondering if it's possible that what I am feeling is my thyroid hormones being excreted. I guess this is more so a curiosity question.
Slightly low pH of thyroid hormones? what does that mean?
I got my thyroid tested cause I am always exhausted and seem to be unable to lose weight. I called the doctor to ask what my test results were. The receptionist said that my pH of my thyroid hormones was a little low, or that my ph thyroid hormone is a little low, it was unclear. What on earth does that mean? Can a pH of a thyroid do anything? Did she just mean a certain hormone? I am confused.
Female hormones and thyroid hormones?

She said tht my hair loss could be due to my hormones are imbalanced.. she asked me to do a testosterone check and also estrogen level check.. I want to know.. will my estrogen levels and testosterone levels balance out if i took the thyroxine to adjust my TSH levels?
