I sleep so much but I have no thyroid problems etc?
As per above, I sleep so much and have been a problem since I was a teen. I had a blood test and NOTHING seems out of the normal so I'm pretty much fine.I will stay up late in the holidays weekends and go sleep around 3am and wake up way past midday. When I go to sleep early school days I will still feel SOOOO tired. So I'll sleep around 11pm or 12 midnight and wake up around 8 and can't get out of bed I am not a morning person Other times when I have late classes I'll sleep from midnight till about 10am and still feel like s .Can someone help me out to be a morning person? I hate waking up midday knowing I've missed out a whole morning of LIFE. I need to get to bed earlier but just can't do it. Would like some help from those who are suffering the same. Because I get the same answers like go to bed early, change diet I am healthy and exercise daily , take out electronics etc but I need something else I just don't know lol aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrghhhh so frustrating and even worse I'm tired throughout the day FaaaaaaaaaaarkThanks guys for the answers so far, will do a bit more research. I am not depressed at all lol I have nothing to be depressed about I'm just always so tired. and one answer about me not having a schedule is absolutely right I have been on holiday for about 2 months now which is why I'm up so late. Need to get into sleeping early before school starts next month. argh

Heavy period/thyroid problems?
I started my menstrual cycle when I was 13 for the first few years it was moderate. Within the past year at least I'm 16 now , my period has been very heavy. I've had to use two nighttime pads for daytime use until recently, in which I've gotten the long maxi nighttime pads. I get frequent blood clots and occasionally odd looking pieces of my uterus I suppose? Today I put a tampon in with a pad underneath to see how well it would it would work, and in two hours it began to leak through. My period usually lasts a day or two after the " average" 5 days. I have heard about Menorrhagia but I'm not sure if I should talk to my doctor about it or not.Last year and last week I experienced prolonged palpitations when I was checked last year, a cardiologist determined I was fine. After researching, I know that palpitations and menstrual issues can be caused by thyroid problems. My mother was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism when she was younger. Could these issues be pointing to my thyroid?

Thyroid problems, what is going on?
For the past few years I have been stuggling with thyroid problems I was hypothyroid a bit and put on levothyroxine for a wee wile, starting feeling better too. Then I had an ultrasound done that showed positive antibodies for thyroiditis. Then I went back for my regular bloodwork and it turns out my TSH was 0.06 hyperthyroid, so doctor took me off the meds and will retest me again soon Today I woke up with severe anxiety and collapsed to the floor, went to ER and they ran more bloodwork and now my TSH is 40.. hypo again. What the heck is going on, and what can I do when my heart is palpitating and fluttering like crazy?was on medication for a year. A small dose as my range was a tad bit over something like 6 and I finally found a doctor to help me. Felt so much better. Kept going monthly for regular bloodwork and everything was fine, then 2 months ago my tsh came back at 0.06, doctor took me off of the meds so she could re do the bloodwork in 30 days. It's been 2 weeks since I stopped the thyriod meds and today my TSH is at a crazy 40. Hope that makes more sense and clarity I just want the anxiety to stop

Male Thyroid Problem?
I've been doing some research online for some health problems, and I'm coming across a lot of symptoms that point to my thyroid. Was wondering if you could list some of your symptoms or someone you know who has it since men don't get thyroid problems as often as women do. Thank you.
